Katy is coming to the big screen once again, KatyCats! And this time, she’ll be starring in her OWN film!
Paramount Pictures’ Katy Perry: Part of Me, a 3D feature film starring and produced by Katy, will hit theaters July 5th, 2012! The film documents the sold-out 2011 California Dreams Tour and takes an in-depth look at Katy’s life on- and off-stage.
“I want to take you behind the cotton candy clouds and reveal the highs and lows and nuts of bolts of this extraordinary ride,” says Katy. “I promise you, after seeing this film, you will truly know me.”

I’m definitely going to watch that documentary on 7-5-12. When DVD comes out, I’m most definitely going to buy them. I’m her Greatest Fan and I mean that. Wow, I’m SO inspired by her newest #1 hit, Part of Me, that I feel like I’m singing with her on stage. It feels just like when I first heard Teenage Dream in 2010. She evolved in music and inspires me more than ever. She inspires me with all of her beautiful music on the Complete Confection album. I just love her to death. Her music means a LOT to me. Without her music, I would be lost. That’s how much of a fan I am. Thank you so much a million times, Katy.
